In preparation for a very exciting upcoming expansion, we are beginning to recruit kind, caring & fun individuals to join our family-style, award winning team! Our first vacancy is for a support worker to work both within our successful day service, and to support individuals with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible - while also having a lot of fun!
A driver with a full, clean UK driving licence is essential to the role to ensure we can support the individuals to get out and about in the community and take part in the activities they choose.
All candidates must be able to work a combination of shifts, as we operate 24/7. Alternate weekends and sleep ins are also part of the shift scheduling. This can be discussed further at the interview stage. The current vacancy is a 20-25 hour post.
All potential candidates will be subject to a fully paid DBS check and references.

About Us
Hello! And welcome to Vision Day Support
We are a day service and supported living based in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
We started Vision over 11 years ago, with two staff and 6 clients. Over the last 11 years, we have grown and grown. We now proudly support over 30 individuals with learning disabilities and have a team of 17 staff.
Started by Tracie Barratt & Michele Beesley back in 2013 when the local authority day services closed. Tracie & Shelley have over 30 years of health and social care experience and chose to embark on this journey to ensure that people with a learning disability had a place to go. To have fun, make friends, and experience life in a safe and caring environment.
In 2020, Vision Day Support's first supported living service was opened. This is managed by Danielle Coward, our CQC registered manager. Danielle has over 10 years health and social care experience and has a BA Honors in Health & Social care, as well as Level 5 diploma in Leadership & Management.
